We’ve a made little effort to make closer to you all legal and by-law acts which are regulating the municipal finances issues, and also it’s faster and easier using.

The overall aim of the presented regulations should be more qualitative presenting of financial operative units in municipal bodies responsible for finance issues. By timely and consequently using of presented legal and by-law acts, you will give opportunity, to all users of your reports, to clearly understand results which are coming from those financial reports, and also to avoid unconscious making of mistakes, which could have as a consequence certain actions which sanction non-proceeding according presented regulations. However, it means that you are obligated to make a number of individually acts as Regulation on accountancy, Regulation on accountancy policies, Regulation on internal control and internal control proceedings and others, which will along with implementation of other laws ensure qualitative recording of municipal property, resources and obligations. In the same time, it means that Decision on municipal property dispose-makers will have valid data’s for managing and disposing with financial substance. It will also give to the responsible body for municipal finances qualitative base for recording of all business changes, so that financial report as a result of such work, could represent enough satisfying document for users of financial reports, as well as wider public society(your citizens), on responsible disposal with public resources.

We hope that we will improve our cooperation in the future in order to make our task accomplishment better, so in that direction we are open for cooperation, and looking for your suggestions, proposals and opinions.
