On ceremony event on 5 of June, Banja Luka City celebrated its festivity-Spasovdan. This was done in Banski Dvor with great number of guests.
Ritual was implemented in charge of protojerej-stavrofor Ratko Radujkovic and priests of Banja Luka diocese, including City-mayor Mr. Dragoljub Davidovic, President of city-assembly Mr. Slobodan Gavranovic, President of Republic of Srpska Mr. Rajko Kuzmanovic and President of RS Parliament Mr. Igor Radojicic. By felicitating of city festivity to all Banja Luka citizens, Mr. Davidovic thanked to delegations of twining cities for their coming , but also thanked to all those who send greeting cards due to this occasion.

"I would like to all of you to celebate this Day –Spasovdan-for many years in peace, harmony, freedom, and to have city growing at least as it was until now. I am convinced that we have energy create faster progress of Banja Luka City. –said Mr, Davidovic.”
He expressed wish to have more and more guests that are visiting Banja Luka City each year by stressing that Banja Luka is open, benevolent and friendly city.
In behalf of Moska City and delegation of this City , ambassador of Russian Federation, Mr. Konstantin Suvalov said that Banja Luka is city that have fast development and it is more beautiful every day.
"Banja Luka is city with fast development , its very kind and convenience for its citizens.” -said Suvalov. Serbian member of BiH Presidency –Mr. Nebojsa Radmanovic, minister of LSG, Mr.Zoran Lipovac, Mrs. Jasna Brkic-minister for economic relations and coordination, Mr. Stanislav Cadjo-minister of internal affairs and delegations from Moskva, Patra from Greece and Kampobasa from Italy and great number of people from economy, cultural and political life of city and RS were attended the event.
