Recently, Mayor of Samac municipality, Mirko Lukic and Davor Ćeran -UNDP Project assistant on project “Basic computer training ” –SUTRA PLOD awarded 11 starters of computer school with certificates . Financer is UNDP from Sarajevo in cooperation with EU, but whole project includes 140 starters from 14 municipalities from BiH. All of them finished the course successfully.

Beside training to these starters, they also received computers, printers, tables and all equipment necessary for their work. Training included 50 hours and work plan was based on ECZEL work plan from EU. Four modules were presented.

- Our duty is to make connection on internet in order to connect these 11 starters to realize not only cooperation between each other but also with local offices and municipality and with abroad too.- mayor said.

Lukić stressed that municipality undertake an obligation to ensure additional training for local office representatives due to their roles as registrars.

According to UNPD Sutra-Plod representative , Davor Čeran, this project had its phases:Sutra 1 , Sutra 2 and today SUTRA PLOD when education is finished and participants were awarded with certificates.

By finishing this training, there is a hard basis for education improvement for the future, because all starters from 14 bh municipalities finished training very successfully.
